This summer I drove through Texas and made a point of going to Marfa to see the art installations. One evening after dinner I stopped to admire the colors of the edge of the Big Bend Country. There at the foot of the hills was a herd grazing in the light of evening. The black angus herd moved from afar up to right in my face. What curious beasts, even comical.
